    Ambrosiadou actually got a bargain on this 289-foot vessel, considering the former owner -- venture capitalist Tom Perkins -- built the Falcon for $150 million. While the exterior of the boat is stunning, the inside is even more elegant. A spiral staircase surrounds the yacht's main mast and complements the deck's transparent floors and sleek design.
