将电子邮件作为唯一的沟通方式是一种效率低下的做法，公司应该鼓励面对面的互动，如社交视频网站、企业社交网络工具和内部博客等等。
Relying on email as the sole means of communication is ineffective. Instead, encourage face-to-face interaction when possible, such as a social video portal, enterprise social networking tools and an internal blog.
