They're particularly aware of how do we conduct ourselves, how do we extend ourselves, and how do we recognize and celebrate other women," she said at the 2011 Women in Banking Conference. That kind of pressure shouldn't intimidate, but inspire. "If somebody hands you a torch, what do you do with it? And I think the answer is easy. You light the way for others to follow."
